Each trainee is encouraged to lead their own projects based on individual research interests. In parallel, trainees learn how to collaborate effectively across disciplines. We believe that genuine win–win collaborations are essential for long-term success.

Mentoring
The Ko lab maintains an open-door policy and is committed to active and supportive mentoring. In addition, each trainee is supported in developing academic or industry-oriented career paths based on their individual interests.
